I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I received both my master's and bachelor's degrees from Texas Wesleyan University. I am passionate about helping clients move through life's toughest transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion. I specialize in supporting adult men navigating relationship issues, especially during separation or divorce; mothers adjusting to the emotional demands of pregnancy and motherhood; and older teens (16+) facing the pressures of high school, identity development, and the transition to college. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique story.

In our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you're encouraged to slow down, reflect, and grow. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to help you build insight, manage stress, and move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy is most successful when you begin to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of a space to process, I'm here to support you!

I currently offer in-person sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as secure teletherapy to meet you where you are. I also offer walk and talk therapy!
